Max R. Pavlovich is currently serving his first term as Cambria County’s Clerk of Courts. Max is a life long Cambria County resident and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. After graduation, Max was hired by the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a legislative assistant, helping residents solve their state related issues. Later, Max moved into the private side of healthcare; operating as Administrator for a personal care facility.

The Mission of the Clerk of Courts office is to diligently serve the citizens and courts of Cambria County by keeping up-to-date accurate information and maintaining the security and integrity of all adult criminal records entrusted to the Clerk of Courts office.

Recognizing that the Clerk of Courts is an integral part of the criminal justice system, the office pledges to provide prompt, courteous and professional services to all.
